COMPETITIVE DMT Gymnasts will work in groups of up to 8 gymnasts. Gymnasts are aged 8+ and train for between 2 & 4 hours per week including flexibility, Strength & Conditioning & DMT work. Many of our DMT gymnasts combine training with either trampoline or tumble training. Gymnasts compete in the British regional challenge cup & FIG System.

COACHES: Our strong trampoline section also oversees the DMT section and is led by 3 lead coaches
Stuart Langan leads the Trampoline & DMT Section. He has worked his way through his coaching levels & has shown some excellent results with our gymnasts since the section started and has previously been part of the Scotland coaching team for Regional Team Finals (RTF) in DMT.
Michael Kerrisk is a extremely conscientious coach regularly seeking out new training opportunities, Michael has previously fulfilled the role of Scottish Team manager at the RTF.
Charlotte Chambers combines coaching with studying a Post Graduate degree in sports Psychology. Charlotte has previously been a team chaperone at the RTF.
