RECREATIONAL TRAMPOLINE Small Groups of no more than 6 gymnast to 1 Coach and open to all abilities classes are divides by ages 5-7 and 8 plus. You will learn simple Ariel tricks & how to maintain your rhythm. You will progress through the clubs development award programme and have chance to showcase skills at our in-house club competition & display.
DEVELOPMENT TRAMPOLINE Small Groups of no more than 6 gymnast to 1 Coach aged 5-7. Gymnasts are invited to this programme from our recreational trampoline and gymnastics class. You will learn trampoline fundamentals and work towards entry to our competition groups and have chance to showcase skills at our in-house club competition & display.
CLUB GRADE COMPETITIVE TRAMPOLINE Gymnasts aged 8 plus will start out in our competitive club grade groups ,training in small groups of no more than 4 gymnasts to 1 coach. Gymnasts will be invited into this programme from our recreational programme and development programme . Gymnasts will start to learn the shaping required to perform harder more advanced moves and combining skills to create routines in both trampoline and DMT. Gymnasts will compete at interclub competitions and local competitions as well as performing at the annual club display
RCC COMPETITIVE TRAMPOLINE. Gymnasts will work in groups of no more than 4 gymnasts to 1 Coach. Gymnasts are aged 8+ and train for between 4 & 6 hours per week including flexibility, strength & conditioning & trampoline work. Gymnasts compete in the British Regional challenge cup competitions.

Stuart Langan leads the Trampoline & DMT Section. He has worked his way through his coaching levels & has shown some excellent results with our gymnasts since the section started and has previously been part of the Scotland coaching team for Regional Team Finals (RTF) in DMT.
Michael Kerrisk is a extremely conscientious coach regularly seeking out new training opportunities, Michael has previously fulfilled the role of Scottish Team manager at the RTF.
Charlotte Chambers combines coaching with studying a Post Graduate degree in sports Psychology. Charlotte has previously been a team chaperone at the RTF.
