MINI MISSILES: Small Groups of no more than 6 gymnast to 1 Coach for gymnasts aged 5 - 8 in year with a view to progressing to our competitive programme. Gymnasts will work towards our Club Missiles (Gold, Silver, Bronze) Development Programme and compete at club grade. Training includes Flexibility, Strength & Conditioning, Basic Gymnastics, Roundoff & Flick Work & S/Sault Development.
CLUB GRADE: Groups of up to 8 gymnasts training together working towards competing in the British Gymnastics Club Grade Levels. Gymnasts are aged 8 plus. Training includes Flexibility, Strength & Conditoining, Roundoff, Flick & whip work & S/Sault Development.

RCC : We have two groups ( 8-12 years & 13 plus) of gymnasts training to compete in the British Gymnastics regional challenge cup competitions levels 1-3. Training for between 7.5 &9 hours per week training including flexibility, Strength & Conditioning & Flick, Whip & S/Sault Progressions.
RCC 4/ FIG Development: This group of gymnasts are training to compete in the British Gymnastics regional challenge cup competitions level 4 with a view to progressing to FIG levels. Training for between 12-13.5 hours per week training including flexibility, Strength & Conditioning & Flick, Whip & S/Sault Progressions. Gymnasts in this group are aiming for Scottish PPP squad selection.
FIG: This group of gymnasts are training to compete in the British Gymnastics FIG level competitions. Training for 15 hours per week training including flexibility, Strength & Conditioning & Flick, Whip & S/Sault Progressions. Gymnasts in this group are aiming for Scottish NPP squad selection and representation on British Squads and International competitions.
RCC 4/ FIG Development: This group of gymnasts are training to compete in the British Gymnastics regional challenge cup competitions level 4 with a view to progressing to FIG levels. Training for between 12-13.5 hours per week training including flexibility, Strength & Conditioning & Flick, Whip & S/Sault Progressions. Gymnasts in this group are aiming for Scottish PPP squad selection.

The Clubs Head Coach Ellena has a been instrumental in the progression of tumbling in Scotland, is currently the chair person of the Scottish Gymnastics Technical Panel for tumble & has been the Lead Coach for the Scottish Regional Team Finals for 5 Years taking the Scotland Team from 12th place in 2015 to winning the competition in 2018 with 2nd place finishes in 2017 & 2019.
Charlotte Hamilton is a lead coach in the tumble section - Charlotte has acted as a Scotland team coach for Scotland at the Regional team finals and competed for many years in tumble consistently placing in the top 8 at FIG level and as a younger gymnasts winning 2 British medals at NDP Level.
Rachel Craig helps lead our tumble groups. Rachel was a gymnast with the club for many years but has recently stepped up to coaching in our competitive tumble programme.
